Registering

Presently, there are two ways to register your copy of of this program: Directly with us, or via PayPal over the Internet.

Registering Directly With Us

1) By Cash, Check or, Money Order Via Regular Mail

When registering by mail, fill out the appropriate registration form and send it to us, along with the appropriate fees. The registration form is built right into the program itself, and there are facilities provided which allow you to fill in and print them out on your printer. The pricing information will automatically be calculated and shown in accordance with the number of licenses purchased, and other options selected.

Please be sure and include the registration form with your payment. Too often, we simply get checks from societies that are not accompanied by a registration form, which makes it difficult to address the confirmation and upgrade disk (if ordered) to the society if the address information is not available on the check.

Checks and money orders may be drawn on either a Canadian or US bank, whichever is more
convenient for you. Note that the pricing for Catdisk is in $US funds, so if you are paying in $Cdn, please be sure and factor in the appropriate exchange rate (the current exchange rate that we use is available on the web at: http://www.xe.net/ucc/).

Quite often, many of our customers outside of North America elect to send cash in order to avoid the excessive bank charges when obtaining an appropriate check or money order. We accept cash in $US or $Cdn funds. If sending in $Cdn funds, please be sure and factor in the $US to $Cdn exchange rate, which may be viewed at http://www.xe.net/ucc/.

Note that if you must send cash, you assume all risk. If paying in this manner, we strongly advise sending it by registered mail, so that we must sign for it. This will add a measure of security over normal postal services.

The mailing address at which to send your registration is:

The Software Connection
10 Lombardy Court
Kitchener, Ontario N2M 1W7
Canada
Attn: Registrations Department

Registering Via PayPal

We also accept registrations for this program via PayPal. Simply go to the bottom of this page, click on the appropriate link at the bottom, fill in the appropriate information at the PayPal site and we will process your registration within one business day of receiving notification from PayPal that your registration has been received.

When using PayPal, please be sure and select the correct registration option (note that volume
discounts are not presently available via PayPal). There are different payment options available for new registrations and for those upgrading from a previous version of The Orchid Show Management System and require the appropriate information on disk.

If you register using the incorrect option, we will cancel the transaction and notify you so that you may re-register with the correct option.
